Hello! I'm thrilled to connect with you. As an accomplished Director of Business Development, I've enjoyed dedicating over 15 years to outside sales and fostering growth within corporate structures. My passion lies in building meaningful relationships, forging strategic partnerships, and bringing people together through networking, B2B sales, and education on exceptional company products and services. Alongside my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, I also obtained my Real Estate License in 2017.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico in a loving home with three other siblings. My parents got divorced at a young age and it left my mother to raise her four children alone. We were the only divorced family in the whole neighborhood at the time and it was not easy for my mom, but she was tougher than anyone. From that day forward, she sacrificed everything to provide for us kids. She had zero work experience and didn’t even have a driver’s license, but that wasn’t going to stop her. She went straight to work to ensure our family would thrive. She got her license, opened a daycare, and never looked back.

My mom put all four of us in private school and every sport or club we wanted to be involved in. Whenever I came to her with something new, she never asked “how much?” she simply encouraged me to try new things whenever I could. She saw the importance of allowing us to explore our talents and interests and she welcomed it. I played nearly every sport in the book and even participated in Spelling Bees, Science Club, and Math Club! Even at a young age, I recognized the strength my mother had.

She was so committed to making our family work that she spent every minute of her life, even to this day, being a full-time mom. Her selfless sacrifice shaped me. She taught me to be organized and driven. She showed me what a strong work ethic looks like and how to chase my dreams. She treated me with respect and accountability, even when I was little, so that I could become a responsible adult. She paved the way for me to handle any trial that might come my way.

I remember an especially difficult time in my life when my husband and our family were struggling financially. It was just after the market had crashed in 2008. I had recently moved to California, became a new mom, and was still fairly new to the real estate industry. My business had taken a hit and we were doing all that we could to make ends meet. With a new baby at home, an extremely tight budget, and needing to work harder than ever, I had no other choice than to take my baby with me wherever I went. We became two peas in a pod and nearly glued to the hip! No matter where I had to go or the meetings I needed to attend, I was determined to make it work.

knew then that the reason I was so willing to sacrifice my time and efforts was because of my own mom. She worked tirelessly to give us a comfortable life and I was working tirelessly to give my family one too. I’m so grateful for the many lessons my mother has taught me. She continues to be my role model to this day. There is nothing I could ever do as a daughter to repay my mother for the sacrifices she made for us. Regardless, I wake up every day grateful for what I have and strive to be the best version of myself; not only for myself and my family, but for her.

There are three words that we stand for here at La Rosa Realty: Family, Passion, and Growth. These three words define me and my outlook on life and business! Family – I see my clients sacrificing so much for their families in order to give them a good life. I do the same for my own family and they are the reason I find success today! Everything I do is for them. Growth - Owning a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make and investments open the door for growth.

Whether that’s financial growth or family growth, it provides opportunity. I feel so lucky to be able to help my clients nurture that growth. Passion – I’ve learned that you can’t do anything successfully without passion! I strive to give every ounce of the passion I have for helping others along their real estate journey to ensure they reach their goals.

With gratitude,
